Did you know there’s a super-secret unicorn factory hidden inside a mysterious building in Ayr? No? Well… now you do!
It’s true! Right on West Sanquhar Road, there’s a big building that might look ordinary from the outside—but step through the enchanted doors, and WHOOSH! You’re in a world of sparkles, rainbows, giggles, and glitter-powered machinery.
Let me take you behind the scenes!
🦄 Step 1: The Unicorn Egg Incubator Room
This is where all unicorns begin. They start out as glittery eggs, gently warmed by dragon snuggles and kept safe in fluffy cloud nests. We even have a team of retired Easter bunnies who sing lullabies to the eggs so they hatch happy.
🦄 Step 2: The Sparkle & Style Station 💅✨
Once our baby unicorns hatch, they toddle down a rainbow conveyor belt to the styling section. Here, Fluffy the Fashion Ferret and his team of magical hairstylists fluff their manes, curl their tails, and polish their hooves until they shine like disco balls. 💃
They even get to pick their own cutie mark—some choose stars, some pick cupcakes, and one unicorn insisted on a taco.
🦄 Step 3: The Flying Practice Room 🚀
Now it’s time to stretch those wings! In the top floor of the factory, there’s a huge trampoline meadow where unicorns learn to fly (with giggles and belly flops, of course). They bounce, they zoom, and some do loop-de-loops that make the birds dizzy.
We also give them snacks after practice—rainbow popcorn and marshmallow clouds. 🫧🌽☁️

After they graduate from Unicorn School, each unicorn is lovingly boxed (with breathing holes, silly!) and sent out to their forever homes. Some go to children who need extra snuggles, some to schools where they teach kindness, and a few become official cloud inspectors.
